“Being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else”. Everyone was created by God almighty in their own personal and delicate way. You are the only one of your kind. The beauty of life and being who you are is the simple fact that remains which is nobody can ever be you. There is greatness in the fact that you are you alone. The same way that God is God alone. He cannot be compared and neither can you. It’s important that we focus on who we are and what we have to bring to the world as opposed to the things that we don’t have which serve us no purpose. We were all fearfully and wonderfully made in our own beautiful way and once we accept this and display humility and gratitude, an abundant shower of blessings shall become our portion by his supernatural grace. Your greatest asset is you. Your biggest competitor is you. Everything starts from within and you have the power to take dominion over your situation if only you could believe in yourself and what God has said in His word. Proverbs 23:7 reads “As a man thinketh of himself in his heart, so he is”. Whatever you believe yourself to be, that’s exactly what you will be. If you want to view yourself as weak and underserving then unfortunately that’s exactly what you will be. However, if you can believe deep in your heart that you are deserving of all the good things that life has to offer and that you are a special and unique individual, this is the energy you begin to radiate and all goodness will locate you as a result. It won’t happen overnight but things will definitely start to change once there’s a shift in your mindset. Believe

The same way that you were created in a unique way physically is the same way that you were created with a unique plan for your life. God knows the plans that he has for us. To give us a future and hope, not to harm us, but so that we may prosper. Before our parents knew us God had a plan for our lives. That plan is greater than whatever plan we may have for our own lives. This is the reason that we don’t need to become disheartened when we see people our age achieving great things at a quicker rate than us because that is THEIR journey and God’s unique plan for THEIR life. We don’t know what they’ve had to go through to be where they are right now. The plan of greatness for your own personal life will come to fruition when the anointed time comes to pass. Until then all you can do is continue to work hard and trusting in the process. At times life can become frustrating when things feel as if they’re not moving or as if everyone is moving forwards except for you. There’s so many stories of God’s people who had to wait for incredibly long periods of time before they saw their blessings come to pass. The reason a lot of people in our generation/society can feel like they’re behind is because everyone has attached timeframes to their achievements. Does the achievement hold less weight because of the age that you achieved it at ? Absolutely not. It doesn’t matter when you receive your blessing. The most important thing is the fact that you received the blessing in the first place ! God can’t do for you what is meant for someone else. The same way that what is meant for you will always be for you. What is meant for you will never pass you by. Once again you were fearfully and wonderfully made to receive all that you desire. You are special in your own unique way. Being unique gives us our sense of purpose. This is your biggest flex. Never doubt it. Never stop believing in it. YOU are worthy of everything YOU desire. “A great victory or a significant achievement”. I’m sure majority of people can say that they are looking or actively pursuing achievements in some areas of their life. Whether that be in our career, finances or just everyday life, we are always looking for that feeling of overcoming a period of difficulty and feeling victorious before moving on to the next stage in our lives. We’ve been given the authority and the power to overcome and conquer all periods of affliction and adversity that we may face through the power of the Holy Spirit that dwells in us. We are so much stronger and powerful than we know. Every battle that we face has already been won. The burden of these battles are not for us to carry. God has asked us to place our burdens on him so that we can live a life of freedom and joy whilst knowing that our every need will be attended to. Christ died on the cross of Calvary for the sake of you and I so that we may have an opportunity at salvation and the chance to live freely on Earth. That’s how much he loves us. Out of all the things that can be broken in life the one thing that can never be destroyed nor questioned is the love of God for his children. His grace is sufficient and everlasting.

Every time we think of a difficult situation that we’re struggling to overcome we must remember that there is light at the end of every single tunnel. We’re never too far away from God’s grace and he will always do everything he can to give us all that we desire. We cannot be limited in any way, shape or form because our God also couldn’t be limited. God’s power is far too supreme to the point that even the grave couldn’t hold him down. The same way Christ rose from the dead is the same way that we can rise above every period of hardship and suffering that we may face. He has given us victory over everything. The divine resurrection of Christ, the greatest victory in the history of humanity, can also be our portion. God can breathe new life into any situation as long as we believe and it’s in line with his will for our lives. We don’t know what the future holds but we know who holds the future and that is the Alpha & Omega. His plan is greater than our own so we can be confident that at the end of our journey we will be blessed with the breakthrough and happiness that we’ve been seeking.

Christ is risen ! Today is a day to jubilate and rejoice in the power of the everlasting King of Kings. His resurrection offers hope for new life and for new beginnings that will lead us to the happiest days of our lives. Christ didn’t die in vain. He died to give us life so that we may be exalted as we humble ourselves before the Lord and for us to live in peace with the Lord as all of our fears and tears have been wiped away. John 3:16 reads “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life.” Take a moment to acknowledge the love that was present in order for Christ to die for the sake of the world. This is a love that cannot be explained nor described. This is a love that shows us that God wants the best for his children and that is exactly what we will get. As long as we trust in him at all times. The same way Christ suffered and still went on to succeed is the same way we may go through a pruning process of pain and difficulty but as long as we know that we are in God’s waiting room and he will answer us at the anointed time, we can be confident that we will be glorified one day. “An act of kindness beyond what is due. Receiving the approval, support or liking for something”. The feeling that we get when someone has blessed us with an act of kindness is a sweet one. When someone has blessed you or helped you in a way that you couldn’t imagine. When someone has helped make a way for you when it seemed as if there was no way because they felt like you deserved it. That is the favour of God in our lives. Everyone needs favour in order to achieve everything that their heart desires. It’s impossible to go through life thinking that you can conquer every battle alone. The best thing about this gift of life is that we don’t have to fight our battles alone. God is by our side every day and every night and he will never leave us despite our difficulties. His mercy and his favour will grant us the happiness and the joy that we deeply desire in order for our hearts to be at total peace. Everything that we accomplish is not by our might or our ability. It’s simply by the grace of God that will never forsake us or leave us wanting. God will always give us more than enough so that we don’t lack any good thing. It’s always easier to recognise his favour when our eyes are focused on the things we have as opposed to things we want. Gratitude enhances perspective. Never stop being grateful !

Psalm 90:17 reads “Let the favour of the Lord our God be upon us and establish the works of our hands”. We are the ones who work hard but God works even harder to help us on a daily basis. We all have dreams and aspirations that we want to achieve but none of them can come to pass without God establishing and making a way for us to receive it. Favour is when we see God stepping into our lives and making a worthwhile difference. Favour is the highway to connecting our destiny with our efforts and our labour. Everything you’ve asked for and received is because your work alongside God’s anointing has paved the way for your breakthrough. Don’t ever forget that what God cannot do does not exist. There isn’t a single thing in this life that will ever be too challenging for God. You can’t be limited in any way, shape or form. You are capable of the impossible if only you would bet on yourself for once and not be influenced by the outside world who know nothing about your desire and passion to succeed. As I’ve said in the past God sized prayers receive God sized answers so let your faith be crazy and decree that the favour of God will forever be upon you. No matter how dark your current situation may be there will always be light at the end of every tunnel. Let go and let God for your affliction will not be in vain.

Waking up everyday is the greatest blessing we could ever receive. We’ve been favoured by the Lord to have another opportunity at life that not everyone has been given. His plan for your life is still in motion and he wants to bless you and I in abundance. We need to act and speak with the authority of someone who is confident that they cannot be beaten. That they are worthy of all their hearts desires. That they deserve to be blessed and acknowledged as a champion. When times are hard we tend to try and fix our problems ourselves or look towards the wrong things to help us solve our difficulties. There’s only one person that has the power to change our situation. When we look up blessings will always come down as long as we embrace and stay connected to the one above. Treat others how you would like to be treated. The same favour and love you show to those around you will come back to you tenfold. Even when it seems impossible you will be the exception. Trust and believe in yourself and you will be blessed in abundance. Whatever is meant to break you will lead you to your breakthrough. All your adversity and affliction will become the catalyst for your success. Nothing can stop what is meant for you. Stay close to God and his favour will never pass you by.

What is the difference between endings and beginnings? This is the circle of life. There are no or beginning. Life is like a continuous circle. A slow crawl towards the top that will be filled with highs and lows. Whenever you are down do not be discouraged for the magic always happens somewhere along the journey so embrace it. You will get to the top one day. You won’t be down for too long. They say you’ll never be somewhere forever, that’s if only you want to take that step. Firstly you need to enjoy the view from down below for a while and look upwards, towards the vast expanse of possibilities which is a blessing within itself. Don’t ruin the view by worrying how to get back up. Yes it’s a long way up and yes it will be a tough journey but you will get there. You’ve done it before and you will do it again. You just wait and see. Please don’t shy away from making mistakes & don’t be ashamed of your choices. Own them as you made the decisions. Take responsibility. Learn. Grow. Try again. When it fails, stop and reset. You will succeed and when you do smile wider and keep on walking to your blessings. In the meantime you will feel a range of things. Pain, sadness, guilt, shame, regret but these should not hold you back. Face your fears and never put your feelings aside for later. Your feelings come first and if you feel a way or you have any problems do not hold them in. Whether it’s family or friends say what’s on your mind and keep moving forward. You have to take your time and understand everything you’ve done and understand the roots of your problems. This will help you ensure that you don’t make the same mistakes. Self awareness will be key to help you elevate and stop you from delaying your progress. Every mistake is truly a hidden lesson.

Insecurities may come along that confuse you and make you question whether what you’re doing is right or if you are worthy of the little happiness that you may find. You may find yourself feeling empty and trying to fill yourself with the wrong things. Try your hardest not to give in to temptation and try your best to flee from sin. In life you may want things that your ego desires but your heart despises. This will lead to regret so always listen to your heart. Always cherish the special people in your life and never take anything for granted because when it’s gone you will feel that emptiness once again. Put yourself in someone else’s shoes and you will understand why it’s important to treat others the way you want to be treated.

If you do not make mistakes then you will not learn and never forget this. Mistakes are a part of life; don’t let anyone make you feel inferior for making mistakes. Sometimes we get so stuck in our ways and our past transgressions that we do not allow ourselves to grow any further. All you have is all that you need. Self worth, self love & self confidence. Your purpose will be revealed unto you and the enemy will not destroy you. There is a sleeping giant within you. IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP. Tunnel vision towards your destiny. It’s easy to tell people to focus on something and that they’ll be rewarded for their efforts. The actual process of staying focused is a lot harder than some may think. It takes a lot of discipline and conscious effort to genuinely stay focused and to concentrate on the things that mean the most to you without being distracted. Distractions are a part of life. The way we respond to the things that try to hinder us will eventually determine where we go and the success that we achieve. When you’re committed to a process and you give everything of your being to stay determined on that thing, your chances of success increases significantly. It would be a lie to say that just because you’re focused, achievements are guaranteed. Nothing in life is guaranteed but you can rest assured that God has a plan for your life to take you somewhere that you’ve never been. To places that you’ve never seen and to come into contact with people who can help change your life forever. As we humble ourselves and understand that everything we have is a true blessing, this is when we will be exalted. I like to think that if we focus on God, the journey will take care of itself. Previously I would have said focus on your journey and not the destination. Time and experiences have altered my thought process slyly to believing that if we keep our eyes on God alone we will surely have everything that we could ever need. The journey is made easier when we focus on the one who is in control of it.

You will never have anything more deadly than the power of your mind. Every great thing you might go on to achieve in your life will begin with the thoughts that take place in your head. You can’t allow your ego to get in the way of your progress. Some people are hindered on the journey towards greatness because they feel entitled to success before they’ve even done anything to warrant that breakthrough ! Every single day you have to get up and get to work ! It’s not a facade and you cannot cheat the process. You will only get out what you put in and that is a fact. I don’t believe in luck but I do believe that the more you work hard and stay focused on what you need to do, the more things start to work in your favour. Focus on God and he will give you peace. Everything that you want Him to do in your life is not a challenge for him. There’s nothing too difficult for the most high God. If you keep your focus on Him he will surely give you peace. All the battles that we try to face on our own are just draining us when this life is meant to be enjoyed and not endured. Trust in Him with all your heart and you will not be disappointed.

Romans 12:2 reads ”Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind”. I can openly say that it’s easy to be led by the patterns of the world because in simpler terms you’re just doing what everyone else is doing. Majority of the time it may seem like there’s nothing wrong with that. What we have to understand is that to go to places people have never been, we have to do the things that people aren’t willing to do. That includes a lot of sacrifices and potentially being seen as different to everyone else. But why should we care about what everyone else is doing ? Your hustle and my hustle are two completely different things so we should all do whatever it takes to get there regardless of how we may be perceived by people. When you allow your mind to be renewed there is a peace that surpasses human comprehension waiting for you to receive it. Your mind is set above all minor things and you’re no longer concerned about the things that may have held you back in the past. Dedicate the last weeks of 2021 to focusing on God, yourself and everything that you want to achieve and watch how things turn around for the better. For who God bless no man can curse. Be patient but be confident as you wait. For the Lord strengthens those who wait on him. As you run you won’t grow weary IJMN. Amen.

Dear Jah,

For the majority of your life, you’re going to have a very clear picture of what you want from life, how you want it, how it should look and how it should feel.

Goals? All mapped out. Ideas? Already written down. Vision? Clear as day. The life you will have envisoned for yourself would have been re-enacted over a million times in your head.

You’re gonna show up, work harder than anyone within a metre of you and feel like life should reward you for it. Why wouldn’t it ?You’re gonna feel like life owes it to you. Life owes it to you right? Two wrongs don’t make a right. So why would two rights make a wrong? Life is going to feel like a film directed and produced by yours truly. You will feel like you have done your part, life just needs to meet you half way.

This is until hardship and rejection comes knocking. Failing and stumbling a number of times won’t be something you are familiar with initially. At some point you may feel stagnant and stuck at times. “Mentally drained” and “absent” would only be words to describe how you feel …. on a good day.

Fortunately, there are cues in life to help you get through the scary hours. Don’t miss them. God will put you on a spiritual treadmill every now and then to keep you in a spiritual fighting condition. That also includes letting things and possibly people go. Times where disconnecting from the world is the only time when you will hear yourself think and tap into what God has planned for you. Struggle is going to teach you. Sacrifice is going to multiply you.

Take note vigilantly:

1. Happiness isn’t a destination, it’s merely a journey. Stay on track and guard your heart. The Devil steals at any moment.

2. The “waiting period” is one hell of ride but things get better with time. Believe in that firmly.

3. Step out from the boarders of control. Creativity promotes freedom.

4. No matter what you are going through, it’s no surprise to God. He’s not unsure or unprepared for whatever you’re going through. It’s all cemented.

5. As custom as it may sound, you are really different from the rest. Uniqueness is underrated.

Proverbs 16:1-3 (GNB) reads:

“We may make our plans, but God has the last word. You may think everything you do is right, but the LORD judges your motives. Ask the LORD to bless your plans, and you will be successful in carrying them out.”

Keep the faith. Remain steadfast and attentive. When it’s time to move, God will direct you. Seek first, only then you will findeth.

The journey you’re about to embark on is going to be a tough one. There are going to be many obstacles in your way. You’re going to be confused, scared and angry as many things are going to happen in your life that you have no control over. You will face many problems in life and you are going to have to overcome a lot. The dream you’re going to follow may not repay you the way you thought it would and that’s going to leave you angry at the world. You’re going to go searching for love because you’ve got a big heart and you will find someone but it will be wrong time right person and it’s going to affect you emotionally. You will start questioning yourself and start to wonder what it is that you’re doing wrong. You will face certain circumstances that will seem unbearable. The death of the people around you will break you and destroy you from the inside out. Waking up everyday is going to be so hard. You will get lost in search for money and it will cause you to lose your way. You will be surrounded by noise to the point that it will block out all your sane thoughts. It will feel as if the world has defeated you and the fight is just not worth it anymore. My advice to you is don’t go searching for love, money or anything that God will bless you with at the anointed time. Even though the journey will be hard and the things you face will seem impossible, you have to keep strong and keep your faith that everything will work out exactly how it’s meant to. You will go on to achieve amazing things and you will finally break any curse that was put upon you. Brandy you are a strong, passionate, loving and caring person. In due time you will understand who you really are and what you want to be in life. Everything will become so much clearer as long as you embrace your struggle. All the noise and the thoughts that kept you down will be the reason you rise up to greatness. Many things will happen that will change your life. You’ll probably have to fail over and over again before the one time it finally clicks. If you don’t fail at anything you won’t know the joy that comes with success. Sometimes you might even question yourself and ask if you’re good enough. If there’s any point in this thing called life. Don’t worry about a thing. It’s not your battle to fight. Keep God close and he’ll guide you every step of the way. Life is hard and it will only get harder so make sure you enjoy yourself and live life in the present. Dream so big that it scares you. “The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles”. Honesty will take you further in life than you could ever imagine. It’s not an easy task to look at yourself and take full accountability for the things you’ve done wrong and the areas that you can improve on. Majority of people are always looking for something or someone to blame as to why things didn’t go the way they had planned. When you’re honest with yourself you make it easier to allow pure growth to take place so that you may blossom into the character that you’re destined be. No one knows you better than you know yourself. What do you gain from false pretences claiming to be someone that you’re not. Integrity is the ability to remain true to yourself when everything around you suggests that it would be better to take the easy way out. Anything in this life that’s worth having will not come easy. That’s a fact. However, it will most definitely be worth it. There’s no better feeling than knowing you gave 100% of your efforts and then watching the fruits of your labour manifest into reality. Instant gratification may be enjoyable for the short-term but that temporary joy won’t last. Build your foundations on honesty, faith and trust and you’ll be elevated to new levels, new ventures and new chapters by Gods grace.

The clean hearted always win. Read that over again. The clean hearted ALWAYS win. No matter how long it takes, no matter the adversity and affliction that comes along the way, those with clean hands and a pure heart will always prosper. To live a life of integrity you have to open your eyes to the bigger picture and not be drawn into the short lived successes that may come by taking the shortcuts. You can not cheat the hustle. You’re only cheating yourself. The grind sees you clearly and everything that you do. You only get out what you put in. You can’t put in half hearted effort and expect to receive full hearted results. If you work to your maximum then at the anointed time the Lord will exalt you as you humble yourself and satisfy. Be a winner and a leader. Hold your head high and do everything to the best of your ability. You can’t claim to be a winner but you walk around defeated. Lift up your chest and walk with purpose for you have God given authority to conquer and overcome. Your morals and your principles define who you are. Stand firmly on your beliefs and never back down from them. Trust and believe in yourself at all times because if you don’t then who will ? Always do the right thing and you will surely be rewarded for your pure endeavours.

Champions are made in the moments when no ones looking. When it’s just you and God alone. In our generation today, people tend to believe that if someone doesn’t show it off that must mean that they don’t have it or that they’re not working towards anything. Hence the reason so many premature plans are plastered over social media. Focus on you and you alone. You’re not working hard for the approval of anyone else or to validate yourself in anyone’s eyes. You’re working hard because that’s what’s necessary for you to go where you’re destined to go. Why would you be concerned about the opinion of man when your destiny lies firmly in the hands of the Lord ? Those with integrity do the things they say they will do. Do the right things because you know that it’s right. Keep persevering and working hard so that you may eat from the fruits of your labour. Your efforts will not be in vain. No one sees the work that goes on beneath the surface. They only see the harvest above the surface when you’ve had your breakthrough. This just shows that everything is down to you. You know the work that you’ve put in. You’re not in competition with anyone. Your only competition is the person you see every day in the mirror. The only person that can beat you is you. It’s you vs you. Make it personal. Personal in the sense that you’re doing everything you possibly can to be the best version of yourself. Do not be concerned about anyone else’s lane. Their lane serves no purpose in your life. Comparing yourself will only take away the joy in your heart and for what ? A journey that isn’t meant for you ? Stay focused on your own journey and keep your eyes on God at all times. He sees your heart and he’s always near. Even when he seems distant he’s always right by your side. Forever and always. Trust in him and he will give you peace.

A feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen. I’m sure everyone reading this at this very moment in time has a desire for something to happen in their lives. It may be a new job, new car, new home, etc. There’s just something that you’re holding onto and simply waiting for the moment that everything works in your favour. That’s the feeling of hope. Our faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Without hope the accomplishment of our dreams wouldn’t have that overriding feeling of joy because you wouldn’t know what it feels like to believe in something that may never have happened. In my mind HOPE has always stood out to me as Hold On Pain Ends. This acronym means everything because without hope what do we actually have? You have to keep hoping that everything you’ve ever worked towards and all your life’s efforts will not be in vain because you deserve every great thing that life has to offer. You have to keep believing that all your pain will come to an end and turn into your strength. You have to hold on because things will turn around one day. God has a plan for every single one of us. A plan to give us a future and hope so that we may prosper. We can’t give up on ourselves. Even through the darkest tunnels we have to keep hoping for the light. Thoughts turn into things so visualise the life that’ll give you ultimate happiness and manifest it mentally so that it becomes your physical reality. Even if all else fails just never stop hoping. Everyday wake up with renewed hope that your hearts desires will be fulfilled in Gods perfect time.

Isaiah 40:31 reads “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint”. When we hope in the Lord’s divine power our strength is renewed on a daily basis. All we have is all that we need. Everyday we are given more than enough to deal with whatever challenges or obstacles life throws at us. There’s no setback that can stop whats meant for you. What will be will be. What’s meant for you in this life will not pass you by. If something doesn’t come to you it simply means it’s not for you and that God has something better in store. That’s where our hope comes into play. Everything stems from the decision we make in terms of how we choose to perceive every situation. In the face of adversity we can still choose to trust and hope that things are happening for a reason and will work out for our greater good. It’s a mindset that can change your life for the better. No matter how far you run or how long you are dealing with a specific battle, God will give you all the power you need so that you don’t become weary but instead you are reignited with a fire within your spirit to continue to tackle whatever it is that you are fighting. With faith and belief you can rest assured that he will give you victory. That’s hope. He made a promise to us and he is faithful. So you know that whatever you’re hoping for will be yours as long as you believe. Your faith doesn’t need to be enormous. Faith the same size as a mustard seed is more than enough. God works best with less as his strength is most present in our weakness.

Who hopes for what they already have ? Dream big and hope for things from your wildest imagination. You can’t be limited in your thoughts so let your hope overflow and as your prayers go up may your blessings come down by his grace. Your circumstances do not define you as a person. There’s no situation or problem that’s bigger than your character. There’s definitely no situation or problem that’s bigger than God. Behind every problem there is a purpose. You may not understand it now but with time you will realise what that purpose was and it will all make sense. You may be going through something in order for your faith to grow and your hope to be restored. This is to build your foundation before becoming the person you are destined to be. May super be added to your natural. God is always on your side so you will not fumble. Place all your burdens on him as they are not for you to carry and it’s not your battle to fight. Put everything into your prayers. Let prayer become a habit and then watch it turn into your lifestyle. Put God first and you’ll never be last. Keep hoping for better days and watch the darkness turn into light. Tough times never last. May your struggle be replaced with uncommon breakthrough in Jesus mighty name. Amen
