The course along which someone or something moves. Moving towards positions of power, opportunities & achievements. This is one thing we must always do and never stop doing. We have to keep moving forward. Nothing good can come from dwelling on the past or reminiscing on troubled times. Instead envision the manner in which you’d like to claim your glory and do everything in your physical being to go out and make that happen. May we all be headed in the right direction that will lead us to our purpose in life. May there be no diversion on our path to redemption. As God is in control let us walk in faith and not by sight. Forever and always.

Proverbs 16:9 reads “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps”. The Lord establishes the ground that we walk on. No matter what we plan God is in control at all times. For he has greater plans for us than we could possibly imagine. If the Lord is the driver then we are the passengers. May he take us wherever we are destined to go and never forsake us. We put our trust in man and tend to not fully trust in the King above. If we know that he is in full control of our lives and his plan is the best then why should we be worried ? We will never go where we were not called to be and we will never be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Faith over fear.

For every experience we encounter, it has a role to play in the moulding of our characters. You may be working hard day in day out and you feel as if you’re not making any progression. As if you’ve come to a standstill and you’re unsure as to why this is happening. All feelings of stagnation and confusion will come to an end. As long as you believe in your journey and embrace everything that comes with it. Before there was light there was darkness. Our greatness will eventually come to light and we will be headed tunnel vision to a life of righteousness. Your first step is the most important. Take a leap of faith and the rest will fall into place. Divine direction is your portion.

Psalm 32:8 reads “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.” Now if you feel you’ve lost your sense of direction this is not uncommon and you are not the only person going through this. Accept that it is okay to make mistakes. It is okay to be unsure of your next move. It is okay to start again. Do not judge yourself based on the perception of others who believe you should be in certain places. Their journey is not your journey. Focus on you and you only. Things will fall into place at exactly the right time. Be proactive and try to make a change to your current status and progression is only a matter of when and not if. For God loves a trier. He will always be there for you through each and every battle and guide you in the direction that will lead to unmeasurable blessings. You are not here by accident. You will be glorified. Just trust the process. Progress over perfection.

Direction is more important than speed.

You cannot rush greatness.

The process of becoming healthy again or to be free from pain and disease. The key word here being process. Now I’m not saying that this process will be easy. Far from that. In fact the process may be the hardest thing you ever go through. A process that you must endure and overcome in your own personal way. However, after suffering from repression and maltreatment, it’s only a matter of time before your glory and freedom comes to light. We must understand that to recover from whatever hardship or disappointment we have experienced, it is a journey that we may not particularly enjoy but it must be embraced for total healing. Take comfort in the fact that this process is leading and building you into the character you need to be to break free from all bondage and excel. So shall it be.

Isaiah 41:10 reads “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand”. Like I’ve previously mentioned, we were not given a spirit of fear but instead a spirit of faith. You will not go through anything that you are not capable of overcoming. We must nurture our minds into believing that we are so much stronger and greater than what we limit ourselves to. For we all have the potential to succeed and be victorious in all walks of life. The question is do you really believe in yourself? Believe in your power. Cast your burdens upon the Lord and you will be sustained. Let the past belong to the past and the future belong to you and you only.

Psalm 23:4 reads: “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.” Whoever is reading this and is going through a difficult phase in their life right now, I pray that you experience divine healing and your sorrow is converted to jubilation. May you be granted piece of mind and piece of heart. No weapon fashioned against you shall prosper. You will get through it. May you be protected in everything that you do and may you go from strength to strength in each and every aspect of your life. Your mind and your thoughts are in control at all times. Remember to stay in control and NEVER EVER give up.

Everything heals. Your scars heal. Your wounds heal. You are more than strong enough to defeat whatever is holding you back right now. Even if it doesn’t feel like that at this very moment. Time is the best healer. Your soul will repair itself and happiness will locate you. For bad times never last. View the world from a positive perspective and watch how everything around you changes. From your energy to your moods to your faith. Take a chance on yourself. I’m sure you won’t look back. At the end of the day, what do you have to lose?

The action of being raised to a higher or more important level/position. This is something that I’m sure each and every single one of us is working towards right now. Each and everyday trying to better ourselves for the next phase of glory in our lives. All of your hard work will not be in vain as long as you believe. Your endeavours will not go unnoticed. At the same time we must make sure that we are doing everything possible to prepare for the next level of greatness that we aspire to reach. Fail to prepare then prepare to fail. But failure is not your portion and never will be. Through every experience we either win or we learn. Never a loss. All in preparation for what is meant to be for us.

James 4:10 reads “Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will exalt you”. As we give praise and worship and remain true to ourselves whilst glorifying the King above, it is known that the Lord will take us onto new ground and allow us to step foot in places that we have never been before. Places that we couldn’t imagine in our wildest dreams. May we all come into contact with those who will help exalt us onto new platforms, new heights and new ventures. All of those that will prosper. Everything you lay your hands on will turn to gold. As you are truly destined for greatness. Impossible is one word that I despise and does not belong in my vocabulary. Simply because all things are possible through Christ who strengthens me. Not some things. ALL THINGS !

Wherever you go may you experience uncommon favour and your name will stand out amongst any crowd as you have been called forth to receive your hearts desire and possess your possessions. The Lord qualifies the unqualified. Be ready to receive your blessings in abundance as we go from strength to strength in all areas of our lives by his grace. When I say walk in faith and not by sight I really do mean it from the bottom of my heart. I refuse to be distracted by things that have no importance in my life and do not feed my spirit. We must starve our distractions and feed our hunger !

Romans 8:18 reads “For I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us”. You might have been waiting for your breakthrough for some time now. Do not lose hope because the longer you have been waiting the greater your testimony will be. Anything worth having will not come easy. Let us not turn around at the point of our breakthrough but instead head tunnel vision to the next glorious chapter of our story. The next stage that will bring you true happiness. At the same time never becoming complacent but always looking for ways to improve. The mindset of a true winner.

The pain you have been feeling can not compare to the joy that is coming.

Let us do what we can. The Lord will do what we can’t.

The quality of being thankful or being able to show appreciation and return kindness. Every day I give thanks to the most high for preserving me and helping me live a life where I can give my upmost to strive towards greatness. Simply because I’ve experienced his grace many times where I might not have necessarily deserved it. Through our mistakes we are given chance after chance to live life and fulfil whatever it is we dream of. Be grateful. Let us not wallow in self-pity but instead let us walk with confidence believing that tomorrow will be better than yesterday.

Today is a gift that’s why we call it the present. Be the best version of yourself today for who knows what tomorrow may bring. Along the journey of life some of us have lost family and friends and yet you’re still here. Not by luck nor coincidence. Simply by his grace. Embrace the opportunity in front of you and charge firmly towards your glory for your testimony is on the way. John 3:16 reads “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but shall have eternal life”. As we can see God loves us to an extent that words cannot describe. Take pride in that affection and be appreciative in all situations as you are still headed exactly where you are destined to go.

There will always be times in your life where you question why certain things are happening to you. This is where the power of your mind must overcome and conquer every negative thought that tries to hold you captive. Do not be a prisoner of your thoughts. For what you give power to will have power over you. Anything that you have lost in your life let it be known that divine restoration is your portion by Gods grace. Let your heart be filled with joy and belief as positivity breeds happiness. Do things for people not because of who they are but because of who you are. The clean hearted always win. To change your world all you have to do is change how you feel inside. You are in control !

1 Thessalonians 5:18 reads “Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ”. Everything happens for a reason. Not a single situation can define you as you are stronger than you think. Surround yourself with those who want the best for you and are hungry for success at the same time removing all negative energy. Make the most of your days as time waits for no man. Do not let things you have no control over affect you. Instead go and affect the things you do have control over. As I walk in faith and not by sight I always remain grateful. Why? I may not be where I want to be but I thank God I’m no longer where I used to be.

The hidden power used to control the future. I am a firm believer in the saying that whatever is meant to be in this lifetime will be. Have faith that all your hard work and all of your efforts will be justified at the end point where you reach the pinnacle of your hearts desire.

Jeremiah 29:11 reads “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. It is written in the word that God has a plan for each and every single one of us. Ultimately leading to God’s will and your destiny. To the life that he has set before you whether you see it or not, it shall come to pass and give you complete and utter happiness. For this to occur we have to walk in faith and not by sight every blessed day that we spend on Earth.

Throughout that journey towards your destiny, there may be obstacles in the way of your breakthrough that frustrate you and lead you to self doubt. Oppression and adversity can not hold you down. I declare that your spiritual house shall be built upon the rocks so that when the storm comes you will not be washed away. Instead you will be made stronger, wiser and be made whole. Every trial and tribulation that you face is in order to mould you into the character that you need to be to receive your destiny as you deserve. For there is light at the end of every tunnel.

Do not compare yourself to others. For comparison is the thief of joy. When you are in your own lane there is no traffic. Focus on yourself completely and your own journey as every individual has a different path towards their glory. Are you ready for your blessings? Are you capable of holding on to that special thing that your soul craves? Romans 12:12 reads “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer”. Patience is a virtue as when the time is right you will be showered with blessings beyond your imagination. What is meant to be for you will not miss you.

Everything you wish for will be yours if you are ready at the time and most importantly if it is the will of God. Whatever you are working towards, be persistent and let your inner desire drive you towards your success. Let there be a roaring fire within your core that will not be put out until you have conquered everything your spirit desires. God gives the hardest battles to his toughest soldiers. You will win the war!

The act of doing something purely out of love and commitment. What is it that you love? What is it that you can’t go a day without thinking about? Whatever it may be, commit yourself wholeheartedly and you shall reap the rewards of your labour.

The book of Proverbs 23:7 reads: “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he”. You are who you say you are and you are who you believe yourself to be. I am a young King! What are you? Our minds are the greatest asset we have. Never let anyone downplay your dreams. Open your minds and believe in the impossible. You will overcome whatever is in the way of your glory.

It’s easier to say what we want as opposed to taking action and bringing our beautiful dreams to life. Only through hard work and dedication will that dream ever become a reality. You simply cannot cheat the grind. It knows exactly how much work you’ve put in. Alongside the fact that God helps those who help themselves. The difference between the person you are now and the person you want to become is the work ethic in between. Embrace your struggle. Enjoy the journey. Be the difference.

Winners are made when no one is looking. Times where no one is supporting. But if you don’t believe in yourself then who will? Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Devote yourself to a craft and watch the revelation take place in your life. Tough times don’t last. Only tough people. As after hardship comes ease. For God has a bigger plan for you than the plan you have for yourself. Remain bold.

Welcome to my first blog!

Funnily enough, this blog is about faith, dreams and believing and that is exactly what it took for me to start this.

I’ve always had confidence in my ability to speak to others but I haven’t always known the best way to go about it. Starting a blog is something I never imagined myself doing but I have faith that my words will be able to inspire and uplift and if only one person takes inspiration from it then I’ll be a happy man.

Now I know that whoever is reading this has a dream or an idea or even something that you want to achieve but you may be unsure on how to do it. Maybe you’re questioning yourself and your ability. That stops from now. No dream is too big nor any idea too elusive. The mere fact that you can dream it is enough for you to believe in it coming to pass.

The bible says in the book of Matthew 22:21 “Whatsoever ye ask for in prayer, believing, ye shall receive”. It is written in the word of God that with faith and belief all things are possible. People will doubt you and not everyone will support your efforts. It is simply a case of those who are determined are the ones that will prevail. Be determined and walk in faith and not by sight.

Now I’m not saying these things will be added unto you overnight. It may take weeks, months or even years of frustration and disappointment. Be courageous and stand firm. May you take lessons from every failure. Let your setbacks propel you to your glory. Most of all have faith in the Lord. Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto your own understanding”. We were not given a spirit of fear so be fearless in all your endeavors. The best is yet to come.
